Order Acceptance Policy
Payment shall be made by a credit card. For credit card payments, such payment is subject to the approval of the financial institution issuing the credit card and we shall not be liable in any way if such financial institution refuses to accept or honour the credit card for any reason. We also may require additional verification or information before accepting any order.
Product Availability We cannot guarantee product availability, as products are handmade- Made to order they may not be available for immediate delivery. We reserve the right, without liability or prior notice, to revise, discontinue, or cease to make available any or all products or to cancel any order. If there is any revision, changes or variance to the product you ordered we will let you know before we ship products ordered. The creative process may mean your piece is slightly different from the images shown.
Shipping and Delivery Payment of all items purchased via the online store is credit card only. Credit cards accepted are VISA, MasterCard and American Express. Fluctuations in the currency exchange rate on the day of the purchase may result in a slight difference in the totals. All products selected in the online store will be charged in AUD Dollars. Taxes will be charged based on the shipping address. We do not accept payment by Check or Money order.
Return Policy If your Darkcloud Silver jewellery purchased via the Online store was defective in any way it can be returned to us free of charge if you contact us within 48 hours of receiving your purchase. If we deem your product to be a manufactures fault, we will issue you with a replacement including all shipping costs. If you are not happy with your purchase for any other reason please contact us.
